Warm up your golf muscles.
Most beginners do not comprehend or focus on it; getting the entire body warmed up to play can be as crucial in golf as with football or any other sport activity.
Flexibility is a must have in the game of golf. A lot of players are rushing towards the 1st golf tee box because their running late or simply believe that warming up isn’t that significant, then bumble through the initial few holes and destroy their possibilities of scoring. Then soon after a couple of holes their body’s becomes loose enough to swing properly.
Personally i think that walking the course is essential or walking the first nine holes and riding the back nine assuming your playing on a course that one could walk. Your game is certain to get much better as well as your scores should come down, your mind will be telling your body to hit the golf ball starter and most important you can stay focused on the game more.
For those who have any actual physical issues, or believe that you could, make sure you obtain the authorization of your physician before beginning any type of routine.
Here are a few quick warm-up exercises to do before proceeding to the first hole
1. Take your driver and hole it out in front of you with two hands chest high, gradually sway it side to side trying to keep your feet together and as you become looser widening your feet just a little at a time repeating this a minimum of Ten times.
2. Using the driver positioning it out in the front chest high with two hands and bending at the waste slowly and gradually lower it as far down as possible then raise the golf club up and above your head do that Ten times. For the much more flexible folks keep moving the golf club behind your head until the clubs base is as far back as you possibly can and bend down from the waste and swing your body side to side this tends to stretch out your shoulders and arms.
3. Taking the drive and swing it gradually backwards and forwards together with your hands apart around three inches around the grip, trying to keep your right arm as straight as possible, keeping it at the top of your back swing for three sec. and once again holding it at the finish for three sec. carrying this out for 10 swings.
I really don’t feel that you have to waste too much effort trying to be perfect with your warm-up Instead, it is best to loosen the muscles and hit enough golf balls on the range to determine what your golf swing and ball flight is doing on that day. Don’t attempt to change your swing or ball flight before playing your round of golf, just play with whatever you came with on that day. Altering your golf swing is made for the range only.
Try this Tip the very next time out to lower your golfing score
Do not hit the driver from the first golf tee, try the three wood for the first hole or two, until your muscles are warmed up just doing this your over-all scores will come down.
